Role OverviewThe Military Capabilities All Source Analyst will conduct strategic all-source analytical production to evaluate complex adversarial systems, military capabilities, and emerging trends. The analyst will draft and publish intelligence assessments following established community writing styles, publication standards, and analytic tradecraft. The role requires utilizing specialized functional expertise and meticulous attention to detail to address complex military capabilities problem sets. The analyst will mentor and lead fellow analysts while sharing functional domain expertise to support overall team growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in all-source military capabilities analysis, experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS), and knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+ years of equivalent experience
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables
- Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
- Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI clearance
