Job Description
USAA is seeking a Military Insights Director to lead key enterprise business initiatives and large-scale research projects associated with member insights. The successful candidate will have experience in member/customer focused market research, marketing, or consulting experience, and will be responsible for synthesizing insights from multiple sources and translating findings into business issues, strategies, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in member/customer focused market research, marketing, or consulting experience
  • Project/process management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience to include leading large project efforts
  • Subject-matter-expert knowledge of qualitative or quantitative research methodologies
  • Extensive experience conducting research using the appropriate methodology (quantitative, qualitative, text or business intelligence)
  • Proven ability to lead complex research projects in large organizations while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards
