Job Description
The Mill Manager is responsible for developing and executing operational strategies to optimize operating profit and customer relationships while complying with laws and regulatory requirements. This role oversees daily operating strategies, develops customer and business opportunities, and implements the Greif Production System. The Mill Manager provides technical support for process planning issues and capital project development, and manages company business with sales, finance, HR, corporate transportation, and global sourcing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent education and experience
  • 7 plus years paper mill experience
  • Oral and written communication skills, leadership and supervisory skills, organizational skills, detailed knowledge of pulping chemistry and paper physics, and basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control
