Job Description
This Millwright role is responsible for assembling and/or repairing equipment and machinery for the John H. Carter Co., Inc. / ControlWorx, LLC (JHC/CWX) Process Pumps & Equipment business unit.

Requirements

  • Utilize precision millwright skills and knowledge to disassemble, inspect, diagnose and repair typical petrochemical rotating equipment, including pumps, blowers, agitators, compressors, etc.
  • Assemble new rotating equipment for shipment to customers, including precision equipment assembly, coupling and motor installation, equipment alignment, guarding installation, etc.
  • Field activities may include (but are not limited to) removal and/or replacement of rotating equipment, including baseplate replacement, packing/mechanical seal replacement, precision alignment, etc.
