Role Overview

As a Millwright Foreman Multi-Craft, you will oversee the daily work assignments of a crew of one to 12 employees, reporting to the General Superintendent/Project Manager. You will be responsible for training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing complaints/resolving problems, and reporting to office supervision for assistance. You will work on various trades such as millwrighting, pipefitting, welding, sheet metal, civil, and other crafts to meet customer needs.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include determining schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, monitoring employees' work levels and reviewing work performance, monitoring tool and part inventories, and ensuring adequate working conditions. You will also examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
