Job Description
We are committed to equality and diversity, and we are hiring a Mineral Landman for our Marcellus Asset to interact and negotiate with landowners, manage current leased and/or acquire new ones. The role will be locally based in the Marcellus region, working from our office in Horseheads, New York.

Requirements

  • Interpreting and negotiating of various land contracts
  • Conduct title review and curative determinations
  • Support business development with various tasks
  • Prepare leases, addendums and reports
  • Review leases for pooling restrictions
  • Create Spacing Unit Layouts for development
  • Perform typical industry-standard land duties
