Job Description
Provide guests with a fully stocked and well-maintained mini bar throughout their stay. Stock, clean, and maintain mini bars regularly and consistently.

Requirements

  • Wipe down all snack compartments thoroughly
  • Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items
  • Order necessary items from the storeroom if par level is low
  • Inventory all guest mini bars on a daily basis and post charges to the room prior to guest departure
  • Follow assigned floors and cleanliness of assigned mini-bars
  • Restock missing items, inspect, and make sure labels are facing guests
  • Maintain and track daily worksheet of mini bar stock
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service and display professionalism at all times
