Role OverviewThe State College Ministry Coordinator will work with the State College ministry team to coordinate cultural activities, establish and maintain church partnerships, and recruit volunteers. The role requires living near the Penn State University campus and adhering to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies.

The State College Ministry Coordinator will participate in outreach activities, establish and maintain church partnerships, recruit and support volunteers, and coordinate cultural activities and trips.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a ministry-related field or demonstrated experience in mobilizing, training, and ministering to people. Cross-cultural ministry experience is preferred.
