Role OverviewThe Philadelphia Ministry Leader will serve international students by starting Bible discussion groups, hosting events, and mentoring at least 1 international student. They will also register and maintain IFI as a recognized student organization, build relationships with campus staff and organizations, establish partnerships with local churches, and mobilize volunteers.

Requirements
- Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
- Faithful in evangelism and hospitality to international students as well as discipling believers to do the same
- Well organized, takes initiative, able to work independently or collaboratively
- Flexible and adaptable
- Proficient with technology necessary to the ministry, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people required
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in cross-cultural ministry, preferred
