Role Overview

The Philadelphia Ministry Leader will serve international students by starting Bible discussion groups, hosting events, and mentoring at least 1 international student. They will also register and maintain IFI as a recognized student organization, build relationships with campus staff and organizations, establish partnerships with local churches, and mobilize volunteers.

Requirements

  • Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
  • Faithful in evangelism and hospitality to international students as well as discipling believers to do the same
  • Well organized, takes initiative, able to work independently or collaboratively
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Proficient with technology necessary to the ministry, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people required
  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in cross-cultural ministry, preferred
