Role OverviewThe Attorney will represent and advocate on behalf of clients in state and federal plaintiff's-side wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing an active caseload; conducting and responding to discovery; taking and defending depositions; drafting and arguing motions; appearing in court for hearings and trial; and advising clients throughout the litigation process.
