Job Description
At Miraval Berkshires, we're looking for servers to join our team as ambassadors of the resort. The role involves guiding guests through the Miraval food philosophy, providing excellent service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Ensure all server stations are properly stocked before, during, and after service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and set station
  • Professionally communicate with colleagues and integrated departments
  • Follow the Harvest Moon Sequence of Service
  • Provide detailed dietary knowledge of menu items
  • Assume the duties of support staff during low occupancy shifts
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and decorum
