Requirements

  • Ensure server stations are properly stocked before, during, and after service
  • Professionally communicate with colleagues and integrated departments
  • Follow the Harvest Moon Sequence of Service to ensure guests needs are met
  • Provide detailed dietary knowledge of menu items including allergen information
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and decorum
