Role OverviewThe Military Operations Specialist 4 serves as the Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) Integration Lead for the Navy Integration Training Environment (NITE) program, operating onsite at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA. This position supports Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona (NSWC-Corona) in the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated LVC training for the United States Marine Corps.
What You Will Do
Serve as NSWC-Corona’s LVC technical and operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of LVC training events. Communicate with leadership on any technical or operational issues and new requirements. Assist in leveraging LVC capabilities and strategies that align with goals of the training program.

Requirements
- 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field
- 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field
- 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
- Experience developing and coordinating operational- and tactical-level training events
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with Military, Government, and Contractor personnel
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Current US Secret clearance, with the ability to upgrade to a US Top Secret clearance if required
