Job Description
HDR is looking for a Due Diligence and Planning Program Manager that is experienced with site selection, land development due diligence and master planning and is passionate about working for many of the world’s largest tech companies.

Requirements

  • BS degree in discipline related to the position
  • 10+ years of combined experience in engineering or project management
  • 2+ years of program management
  • 5+ years of project management
  • Significant land development experience
  • Site selection and due diligence experience (project management, engineering, and/or planning)
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects that include, at a minimum, civil engineering, entitlements, utility consulting and interconnection, utility design, environmental and local permitting, and subcontractor management (surveying and geotechnical investigation)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
  • Planning & Budgeting experience
  • Staff management, mentoring and general leadership skills
  • Strong internal business management skills
