Role Overview

Lead mission integration activities from planning through post-mission assessment. Develop and maintain mission schedules, milestones, and readiness plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure mission objectives are achieved on schedule.

What You Will Do

Manage mission production schedules and flight preparation activities. Coordinate hardware integration, testing, certification, and launch preparation efforts. Track action items, non-conformances, and mission impacts.

8+ years of experience supporting aerospace, spaceflight, launch vehicle, spacecraft, defense, or mission operations programs. Experience leading complex cross-functional teams and mission execution activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
  • 8+ years of experience supporting aerospace, spaceflight, launch vehicle, spacecraft, defense, or mission operations programs
  • Experience in human spaceflight programs
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional teams and mission execution activities
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, mission planning, and program execution
  • Experience developing and managing integrated schedules
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
