Manage mission production schedules and flight preparation activities. Coordinate hardware integration, testing, certification, and launch preparation efforts. Track action items, non-conformances, and mission impacts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience supporting aerospace, spaceflight, launch vehicle, spacecraft, defense, or mission operations programs
- Experience in human spaceflight programs
- Experience leading complex cross-functional teams and mission execution activities
- Strong understanding of systems integration, mission planning, and program execution
- Experience developing and managing integrated schedules
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
