Job Description
The Senior Mitel Engineer will design, implement, and support Mitel collaboration and voice solutions across enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and architecting Mitel solutions (MiVoice Office 250, MiVoice Business, MiVoice Connect)
  • Hands?on experience with Mitel Collaboration tools (MiCollab Mobile, MiVoice Office Application Suite)
  • Strong VoIP troubleshooting and deployment skills (SIP, QoS, G711/G729)
  • Current certification in at least one Mitel UC platform
