Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to lead field operations and drive excellence in water, fire, and environmental mitigation services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in restoration/mitigation
  • 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation practices
  • IICRC certifications (WRT required; ASD, AMRT preferred)
  • Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating software
  • Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects
  • Valid driver’s license
