Role Overview

The Mitigation Manager oversees and optimizes daily operations to ensure efficient delivery of projects, products, and services across the organization. This role leads operational teams, manages resources, improves business processes, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, leading and developing Mitigation Project Managers and Technicians, developing and implementing SOPs and workflows, and managing operational budgets and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Construction Management, or a related field

  • 2+ years working in a leadership role
  • Strong background in workplace safety or safety leadership
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required
