Role OverviewAs a Mitigation Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about restoring properties and helping individuals and businesses recover from unexpected disasters. You will be part of the first response team, assessing damages, stopping the continuation of damage, and beginning immediate mitigation efforts.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include completing demolition processes, manual labor such as water mitigation, flooring removal, moving furniture, setting up and taking down equipment, taking pictures of the job site, and recording details in industry-specific apps and software.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a current valid driver's license. Experience in restoration and water mitigation is not required but preferred.
