Role OverviewAs a Mixer Operator, you'll be the face of SRM Concrete at job sites, ensuring every delivery is on time, accurate, and handled with professionalism and care. You'll operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities will include operating a concrete mixer truck, loading, mixing, and inspecting concrete, delivering excellent customer service, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and following all safety protocols.

Requirements
- Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card
- Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety
- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM's values on every job
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, 'Go-Getter' attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
