Performs laboratory tests, monitors quality control, and maintains instruments, while observing laboratory safety regulations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be currently licensed as a Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the WVDHHR or obtain within 90 days of employment, and have successfully completed certification exam from the ASCP or equivalent licensing board.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Laboratory Technician (MLT) by the WVDHHR if working in WV
- Has successfully completed certification exam from the ASCP (preferred) or equivalent licensing board
- Completion of certification is required within one year of employment, if not previously obtained
