Role OverviewThe Counselor provides high-quality clinical services, including individual and group therapy, care coordination, and compliant documentation. This role supports client engagement and recovery through effective treatment planning and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
What You Will Do
Provide individual and group therapy, assess client needs and readiness for change, engage, motivate, and re-engage resistant or disengaged clients.
