Role OverviewThe Mobile Co-Responder Clinician accompanies Crisis Intervention Trained (C.I.T) Philadelphia Police Officers in responding to mental health crises in Philadelphia. This position is community-based and does not work remotely.
What You Will Do
Provide triage, support, crisis counseling, information, and referrals for community members. Perform face-to-face level of care assessment and facilitate connections to appropriate level of care. Provide face-to-face crisis counseling and planning.

Ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling or a related behavioral health discipline. Must have crisis management and de-escalation skills, effective communication, and strong clinical documentation skills.
