Role OverviewThe Mobile Crisis Responder provides assessment, intake, and intervention services in partnership with the Kansas City community, including crisis mental health assessments, intakes, interventions, and resolutions. The position is designed to provide crisis services in the community and in the crisis clinic when mobile response needs are low.
What You Will Do
Conduct rapid mental status assessments, suicide risk assessments, hospital screens, and intakes on-site and in the community. Provide crisis interventions on-scene in the community with individuals, families, and/or others present as needed. Coordinate and facilitate referrals to appropriate services in the community.

Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or other mental health-related field
- Current licensure by the KS Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board
- Experience providing crisis intervention assessment services
- Familiarity with Trauma-Informed systems of care
