Role OverviewThe MDC Support Technician provides day-to-day onsite and field technical support for the client's law enforcement vehicle technology. This role supports the availability and reliability of in-vehicle mobile data computer (MDC) systems, ruggedized computing devices, docking stations, mobile connectivity equipment, mobile printers, camera cabling, adapters, and other approved fleet technology.
What You Will Do
Provide onsite and field technical support for law enforcement vehicles across multiple fleet locations, perform Tier 1 diagnostics, troubleshooting, equipment replacement, hot swaps, and repair coordination, and maintain accurate repair lifecycle records.

Requirements
- A+ certification or equivalent training and experience
- 2+ years of rugged device, MDC, public safety technology, or field support experience
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of technical training and work experience
- 3+ years of full-time experience supporting networked, endpoint, or end-user devices
