Role OverviewWe are a locally run, family-oriented company seeking a talented Mobile Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a Mobile Diesel Mechanic, you will perform repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6-8 trucks and trailers. You will schedule and overlook all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
What You Will Do
Perform repairs and inspections on a variety of Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, schedule and overlook all maintenance procedures, repair/replace vehicle/trailer components, obtain parts from local vendors, and manage inventory on the service truck.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and planning skills
- Ability to utilize a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders
- 2 years of experience in performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections
- 2 years of experience in truck/trailer maintenance and repair or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Basic computer skills
- Must possess proper tools
