Role OverviewAs a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will travel to a customer's facility or distribution center with a fully equipped 'bay on wheels' to perform preventive maintenance services and repairs. You will provide accurate, efficient service to customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy duty trucks and trailers in a professional and accommodating manner.

You will work in a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service where the expectations of the customer are exceeded. You will travel to a customer's facility or distribution center to perform preventive maintenance services and repairs, diagnose wear conditions and make recommendations to customers, and understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs.

Requirements
- A dedicated individual who works well with others
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in repair or parts shop preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination on an annual basis
