Role OverviewAs a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will travel to customers' facilities or distribution centers to perform preventive maintenance services and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers. You will provide accurate and efficient service, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and making recommendations to customers. This role requires a fun, trusting environment focused on providing great service, where the expectations of the customer are exceeded.
What You Will Do
You will diagnose wear conditions, make recommendations to customers, understand Truck Service Standard Services and specialized customer programs, and follow safety guidelines. You will also be responsible for reporting potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and/or customers.
