Job Description
Mobile LPN/LVN per diem in-home services position offering flexible hours and no minimum monthly visit requirement. Performs in-home blood specimen collection, EKGs, and macular edema screenings, and manages clinical supply inventory.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
  • At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred
  • Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred
