Job Description
Mobile Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) per diem role with flexible hours and no minimum monthly visit commitment required. Responsible for in-home clinical services, including phlebotomy, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and macular edema screenings. Travel to patient residences within a designated geographic area.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds to transport medical or diagnostic equipment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
