Job Description
Mobile Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) needed for in-home clinical services. Travel to patient residences to perform clinical services such as phlebotomy, EKGs, and macular edema screenings. Flexible scheduling, no minimum monthly visit commitment required.
Requirements
Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license
Current CPR certification
Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings
At least 1 year of EKG experience preferred
Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Ability and willingness to travel up to 100 miles
Proficiency in using medical equipment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
