Job Description
Fi is looking for a Mobile Manual QA Tester to advance the biggest pet tech platform on the market. Quality is core to how we ship. With weekly release cycles and a growing device ecosystem, the complexity of our app and platform experience across iOS and Android grows with it.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Comfortable navigating both iOS and Android at a power-user level
  • Sharp eye for edge cases and strong written communication for bug reports and test docs
  • Experience working within agile/scrum workflows (standups, sprint planning, retros)
  • Experience in manual QA, ideally in a consumer hardware or IoT environment
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking and ticket management
  • Bonus: experience testing against firmware or embedded software releases
