Job Description
We are seeking a Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to provide in-home services on a part-time basis. The role involves identifying target customers, maintaining customer records, and providing education to healthcare prescribers and their staff.

Requirements

  • Identify target customers while maintaining and analyzing customer records
  • Accurately complete internal electronic monitoring and reporting systems
  • Organize and hold group events to optimize program delivery
  • Maintain an up to date technical knowledge of specialty and disease areas
  • Keep all Company equipment safe and in a good state of repair
  • Project a professional impression of the Company
  • Comply with local confidentiality requirements
  • Understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Support clinical change through program delivery
  • Communicate the aIQVIA and objectives of the program
  • Implement the program processes within potential sites
  • Sort and filter information using excel software
  • Mentor less experienced HMS Advisors
  • Perform other duties as assigned
