Job Description
The Mobile Presenter supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization by presenting refinance, resale, and builder segment real estate and loan documents, assembles and reviews closing paperwork and funding conditions, scans packages and disburses funds.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to obtain Colorado Notary
Ability to obtain Colorado Title License
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Knowledge of legal and real estate terminology, and related title insurance processes used in the preparation of title insurance products
Solid understanding of and ability to manage foreclosures, assumptions, wraps, short sales, 1031 exchanges, owner carry backs, construction loans and builder base files and projects
