Mobile Nurse Practitioner – Per Diem, In-Home Services job involves traveling to patient residences to perform First Dose Observation clinical services such as medication administration, clinical monitoring, and vital sign monitoring. Requirements
Current Nurse Practitioner license or certification
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Familiarity with medical software and equipment
Ability and willingness to travel up to 100 miles to conduct patient visits
Proficiency in using medical equipment and upholding proper documentation practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach
Fluent in spoken and written English
Valid driver’s license
