Job Description
Join the ImpactLife team to make a difference in our community as a Mobile Phlebotomist, CDL. We will train you in phlebotomy, but you must have a Commercial Driver's License. This is a full-time position with varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work a varied schedule
  • Ability to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
  • Comfortable driving larger vehicles (i.e. box-trucks, truck/trailer combos, and buses)
  • Possess a valid CDL B (or above) with airbrake endorsements and be insurable by our insurance carrier
  • Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card
  • Pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report
