Job Description
We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Prevention Coordinator to join our VA REACH team, providing clinical and coordination services for individuals living with mental health challenges and disabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services
  • QMHP or eligible to be a QMHP-T within 30 days of hire
  • 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance
  • Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy
