Role OverviewThe Mobile Response Team Specialist provides emergency evaluations, crisis intervention, risk assessments, safety planning, and therapeutic services to individuals experiencing behavioral health crises in the community. This position also coordinates referrals, follow-up services, discharge planning, and community-based support to ensure clients receive appropriate care.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include providing crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, completing safety planning, providing in-home and therapeutic services, and providing follow-up interventions through face-to-face or telephone contact.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Sciences, Social Work, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in the delivery of crisis behavioral health services.
- Knowledge of evaluation, assessment, and crisis intervention techniques.
- Demonstrated emotional and psychological resilience when working in trauma and mental health situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid FL Driver License.
