Role OverviewAs a Mobile Wound Care Provider, you will deliver comprehensive wound care to patients in their homes and local facilities, utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies and technologies. You will enjoy greater clinical autonomy and play a pivotal role in evaluating and managing complex wound cases. You will also share your knowledge by collaborating with and guiding less experienced providers, supporting team development and continuously raising the clinical bar.
What You Will Do
Independently manage wound care patients across diverse settings, apply advanced therapies and clinical judgement to drive optimal healing, mentor and train team members, participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous quality improvement, and maintain meticulous EMR documentation in a dynamic, mobile environment.
