Role OverviewThe Mobility Architect serves as the enterprise architect responsible for defining the strategy, architecture, governance, and long-term evolution of the organization's mobility, endpoint management, and digital workplace capabilities. The role assesses current-state environments, evaluates enterprise requirements, develops future-state architectures, and establishes the governance frameworks, operating models, standards, and roadmaps necessary to support enterprise modernization objectives.
What You Will Do
Conduct enterprise mobility current-state assessments, develop enterprise mobility, endpoint management, and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) strategies, partner with the Microsoft Intune SME, evaluate enterprise endpoint management platforms, and define target-state mobility architectures.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, mobility architecture, endpoint architecture, infrastructure architecture, or enterprise technology modernization
- Experience developing enterprise mobility, endpoint management, EMM, UEM, or digital workplace strategies
- Experience conducting current-state assessments, future-state architecture development, modernization planning, and enterprise technology roadmap development
- Experience evaluating technology alternatives, conducting trade studies, developing business cases, and supporting executive-level decision making
- Experience with enterprise architecture principles, architecture governance, architecture standards development, and strategic technology planning
- Experience defining engagement models, governance structures, operating models, and organizational transformation approaches
- Experience with identity architecture, Zero Trust architecture, cybersecurity integration, and enterprise platform integration
- Ability to identify strategic risks, assess impacts, evaluate alternatives, and develop long-range recommendations
- Strong architecture modeling, facilitation, executive communication, workshop leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated experience designing, assessing, governing, or modernizing enterprise endpoint management environments utilizing Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, or comparable enterprise endpoint management platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise endpoint management environments supporting 50,000 or more managed endpoints or similarly large-scale enterprise deployments
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune architecture, endpoint management operating models, identity integration, compliance management, application delivery, endpoint security, and Zero Trust capabilities
- Experience evaluating enterprise endpoint management platforms and developing platform recommendations, technology alternatives analyses, migration strategies, and modernization roadmaps
