Role OverviewAs a Mobility Specialist, you are the front-line representative of Metropolis Parking, serving as the face of our technology-driven parking experience. You will assist customers in navigating and enrolling in Metropolis' parking technology while delivering courteous, professional service. This role requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service. Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed. Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android devices)
- Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
