Role OverviewThe Modeling & Simulation Analyst will be part of the team's efforts to empower the Department of Defense's navigation warfare (NAVWAR) mission, ensuring positioning, navigation, and timing superiority. The role will involve conducting modeling and simulation functions, providing deliverables up to the SECRET classification level, and utilizing RF modeling and simulation software to manipulate antenna and power models.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities of the Modeling & Simulation Analyst include conducting modeling and simulation functions, providing instruction on the proper operation and use of simulation models and exercises, and supporting live, constructive, or virtual training. The role also involves utilizing various modeling and simulation software, including GIANT, GIANT RPM, Builder, and Systems Toolkit (STK).
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in modeling and simulation, computer science, math, or a related field, and 5 years of related M&S experience. The candidate should also have a current DoD-issued Security Clearance, good communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
