Modem Test Engineer Location : MTV, CA (Onsite)

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
• 8+ years of hands-on testing experience in 5G/4G/3G Cellular modem chipset or device
• Strong understanding of 3GPP and Carrier specifications for LTE and NR
• Expertise in 3GPP/IMS Protocol call flows to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues in UE/network protocol interactions
• Ability to isolate complex issues across multiple protocol layers and identify root causes using trace analysis tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and drive testing activities
• Hands-on experience with test equipment for GCF, PTCRB, Carrier certification (e.g., Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz)
• Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) testing experience is highly desirable
