Role OverviewPerforms mold maintenance and repair activities, builds complex tooling components, and ensures consistent attendance. Works in a fast-paced environment with extreme heat and vibration. Requires strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tooling, mills, lathes, and CNC equipment.
What You Will Do
Cleans and services tools, disassembles and assembles molds, creates new tooling components, and troubleshoots hot manifold systems. Assists with installation of machining and tool making equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to five years of related experience in the repair of plastic injection molds
- Federal/State Certification as a Tool & Die Maker preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and strong working knowledge of tooling, mills, lathes, etc.
- Strong knowledge of CNC equipment, programming, software updates, surfacing, cutter paths, and DNC
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and THM concepts
