Role OverviewThe Molding Department Supervisor plays a critical, hands-on leadership role within the Molding Department, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. This position oversees daily workflow, supports and guides operators on the floor, and maintains strict adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
What You Will Do
Coordinate, communicate, and monitor daily workflow to ensure smooth, efficient operations and on-time production. Work directly on the floor alongside operators, providing hands-on support and guidance as needed. Ensure all products are manufactured to quality standards and production requirements.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, associate's degree a plus
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Ability to lead and develop a multicultural, multilingual workforce
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Solid problem-solving abilities with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control practices, and continuous improvement principles
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and general safety requirements
- Proficiency with basic MS Office computer application
