Job Description
Under the direction of the Director of Data Management, the Monitor Liaison coordinates, schedules, and manages all monitoring visits. They work closely with Data Entry Specialists and serve as their backup for data entry in support of clinical studies.
Requirements
Coordinates, schedules, and prepares rooms for monitoring visits
Escorts monitor(s) to appointments during onsite visits
Provides support and information to onsite and remote monitors
Serves as backup to Data Entry Specialist
Meets with sponsor/monitors to review data entry
Communicates with accounts receivable staff
Attends meetings and briefings regarding clinical studies
Aides in identifying and contacting lab facilities
Maintains medical records
