Role OverviewThis field position assists the Operations Manager, Transportation Assistant or Dispatcher with daily transportation functions including resourcing and monitoring, completion of paperwork, and addressing passenger relations issues within the framework of the company’s Operations Excellence Program.
What You Will Do
Accompany the school bus driver on the regularly scheduled route, assist with managing student behavior, loading and unloading students, and maintaining confidentiality of student personal and medical information.

Requirements
- Must successfully complete any company, state, federal required training and recertification
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior in a non-confrontational manner
- Ability to manage vehicle and student emergencies in calm, appropriate manner
- Successful completion of all background checks required by company or school district upon hire and ongoing requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
