Job Description

Abt Global is seeking a temporary, full-time Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager to support integrated vector control (IVC) activities on the PMI Evolve project within the Foreign Assistance Team. The role involves data collection, data management, report writing, and collaboration with both country MEL and Evolve teams. The position is temporary and expected to end by January 30, 2026.

Requirements

Regularly review IVC data collection, entry, and analyses in assigned country portfolio.
Establish open communication with in-country MEL technical managers to troubleshoot issues and roll-out new tools.
Review and design IVC MEL tools for data collection and reporting.
Support generation of routine reports and data visualizations, and review quality.
Train country-level MEL staff on data collection, entry, and analytic best practices.
