Role OverviewThe Mopar Wellbeing, Health and Safety (WHS) Manager is responsible for leading a team of wellbeing, health and safety specialists to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of employees across assigned Mopar operations.
What You Will Do
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, implementing wellbeing, health and safety processes, ensuring compliance to federal and local regulations, and overseeing incident investigations and corrective actions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of Safety, Environmental, Engineering or related experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Strong understanding and application of federal, state, provincial and local environmental and safety regulations and requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication, excellent presentation skills
- Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and/or other software applications
