Job Description
Mortgage Closer I will prepare funding packages, work with investors, and ensure accuracy of HMDA reports. They will also assist with mortgage closing, prepare documentation, and update the mortgage software system.
Requirements
Education equivalent to a four-year high school education plus some additional post-secondary technical course work
2-4 years of residential mortgage experience
Prior knowledge of mortgage processing/origination, loan closing, and loan funding/disbursing
